Camp sites are limited to families of up to 2 adults and up to 4 children under 18. Additional adults and children require additional fees of $5.00 each per night.

Group Sites
For 3 or more RVs and/or Tents. Site has 10 r.v. outlets and 10-20 amp outlets for a total of 20 outlets. Group sites also include water and a porta-pottie. Group site may require a $100 deposit. Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival you MAY be eligible for a credit to use during the season of your canceled reservation.
Seasonal
Kozy Oaks offers 2 seasonal options:
Option one includes up to 90 nights during the kamping season for $1650.-$2200.+ electric. Your R.V. can remain on your site all year.
Option 2 includes 90+ nights during the kamping season $1750-$2200 for those of you who wish to stay full-time. A typical season is around 160 nights. Your site has metered electric that you pay twice per season. A limited number of sites range up to $2200 depending on location
GUESTS
Guests are welcome to visit during the day with no fee.
Guest use of the pool is $3.00 per person.
If guest stay with you for the night ,there will be a $5.00 per person fee. This fee includes use of the pool.
Day guest must depart by 10:00 P.M.

Dumping & Septic
Dump station no charge with camping
On site septic pumping for monthly and seasonal campers only @ $10.00 per pump. Sorry, no pumping on weekends or holidays.
STORAGE
Off season outdoor storage is available Sept-April for RV's boats or other vehicles. Must be removed by May 1st. Call for price. There is no charge for seasonal guest rv storage on their lot
